There are no time limits to use your FREE subscription plan so you can use it as long as it fits your needs. You can upgrade at any time. Subscription length for paid plans can either be month to month, or pay annually for a 20% discount.

You get a Full-Featured (individual) plan with unlimited surveys, 10 questions per survey and 100 total responses per month. Anonymous respondents are supported. Features in a FREE plan may change as we are constantly adding new features.

If you opt for the Corporate plan you will get the features from Individual and Collaborator plans plus many more extra customized features specifically aimed at your business needs, advanced graphical analytics reporting, Employee 360 analytics, Company Wellness baseline creation and monitoring and learning management.

Projects allow organizing forms and surveys along the needs of different customers and teams. In addition to the usual storage of survey responses and summary data, you have the option to invite different participants to your particular project(s) for further collaboration.

For example, if you are a service agency with many customers, you can conveniently create separate projects for each customer, each with its’ own branding, styles graphics and demographics.

In the projects’ settings, you can set up custom colors, backgrounds, custom fonts and logos for surveys and forms according to the needs of each customer – or project. You can invite your customer to see only projects associated with him, and he/she cannot see any projects or data for another customer.

If you want the links to your surveys to use the address of your domain instead of surveybetter.com, simply create the desired subdomain, specify it in the project’s settings page and perform the basic configuration on your server.

There are no long-term contracts or obligations while using SurveyBetter. You can cancel your subscription at any time under Account Settings – Billing.

Yes you can. Cut-off limits can be increased by authorizing additional responses and paying the appropriate monthly extra.  No additional monthly charges will be incurred for months in which the response volume is below the cut-off volume plan that you have selected.

There are six industry-wide demographic profiles available to all classes of designers, from FREE to corporate plans, including Age, Culture, Education, Gender, Income and Occupation. More than 20 pre-defined demographics are available. Custom demographics can be created or modified under paid plans.

Picture choices, Ranking using Drag and Drop, Matrix questions and customizable experience rating with different shapes such as hearts, circles, stars, numbers, smiley faces or labels. Options are available to require (or not) answering a question, and displaying (or not) extended descriptions.
